ESTHE.lab POLICY


Please ensure that you have read and fully understood ESTHE.lab T&C prior to booking any treatment. By booking an appointment you are accepting the full T&Cs.

Appointments can be reserved:

DEPOSIT

  • To secure an appointment with ESTHE.lab a non-refundable £20 deposit is required for all treatment bookings.

  • Deposit will be charged at the time of booking, in order to secure the appointment.

  • The deposit will be fully redeemable against the total cost of your treatment.

  • Please note that deposits are non-refundable.

  • Deposits can be paid via online booking system/ bank transfer/ or cash in the clinic.

  • Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit payment has been made. If there is a delay in making a deposit payment, your appointment slot may be allocated to somebody else. A booking will not be held for you without a deposit payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Appointments can be rescheduled (once) up to 48 hours before your appointment.

  • Less than 48hr notice will result in a charge equal to £20 of the reserved service amount. In the case of appointments that are part of a course of treatment, one treatment will be deducted from the remaining number of treatments.

  • Less than 24hr notice will result in a charge of 50% of the reserved service amount. In the case of appointments that are part of a course of treatment, one treatment will be deducted from the remaining number of treatments.

  • Failure to attend for the appointment without any notice will be charged 100% of the service amount (fee will be applied to your next booking). Further booking will available after upfront payments. 

Gift Voucher / eVouchers Regulations :

  • ·ESTHE.lab Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchased.

  • Reservations are subject to availability at our discretion. Reservation can be made by phone 07922295007 or by Facebook www.facebook.com/ESTHE.lab.co.uk.  

  • Gift vouchers authorize the use of services at the ESTHE.lab Clinic in accordance with the current price list and the value of the voucher held.· They can be used to pay for all available services at the ESTHE.lab Clinic.·

  • Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, be refunded or replaceable if lost, destroyed or stolen.

  • The recipient may pay extra if the value of the services he wants to use is greater than the value of his Gift Voucher.·

  • Vouchers must be presented on arrival to the clinic and must be mentioned when booking·

  • Vouchers cannot be combined with promotions and discounts.·

  • ·Every person purchasing a Gift Voucher, as well as the recipient declare that they have read the regulations and fully accept it.

PATCH TEST

  • A patch test is required minimum 24h before any treatments such as: eyelash tint/ eyebrow tint/ LVL lash lift.

  • Patch Test appointment is available free of charge.

  • Failure to attend a patch test will result in your treatment being cancelled which may occur a charge.

PREGNANCY

  • Pregnant woman can indeed receive many treatments as long it is not in the first trimester (12 weeks). Some procedures may need the client’s General Practitioner or Midwife’s consent prior to treatment.

REFUND POLICY - PRODUCTS

  • Products bought from ESTHE.lab salon are non-refundable unless they are faulty. Faulty products will need to be returned to ESTHE.lab for assessment before a refund can be processed.

REFUND POLICY - SERVICES
Our treatments are carried out by highly qualified therapists and our intent is for each customer to be satisfied.

  • Services received cannot be refunded,

  • No refunds are given for Gift Voucher orders – they can be redeem for a service or cosmetics. The validity period is 3 months from the date of purchase. After the expiry of the 3-month period, the voucher is invalid and cannot be used for treatments or products.

CLIENT CONSULTATION FORM

  • All new clients will be requested to complete a Client Consultation form before any treatments. Failure to do so will result in us refusing to perform your treatments. Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries which could affect your service when completing this form. It is your responsibility to let us know of any changes in your circumstances before your treatment goes ahead.
